A terrace on the sea, a patio on the garden

Villa Briziola is an exclusive two-storey residence, set in the greenery of Puntaldia and overlooking the sea. On the sea side, a large furnished panoramic terrace is ideal for lunches and dinners outdoors.

On the opposite side, an outdoor patio faces the garden, with a sun awning and a table: a pleasant, private space, perfect for breakfast, for relaxing in the afternoon or simply for spending time outdoors.

The location is ideal: just a short walk from “La Cinta” beach and the 9-hole golf course, with sea views.

We are in Puntaldia, on a promontory on the north-east coast of Sardinia, overlooking the Tavolara marine park, between La Cinta and Lu Impostu beaches.

Light, stone and rattan

The interiors of Villa Briziola combine elegance and practicality, designed to offer guests the utmost comfort. The large, bright living room, furnished with comfortable sofas, rattan armchairs and a stone fireplace, opens on one side onto the furnished terrace with dining table and sea-view lounge area, and on the other onto the garden, with glimpses of the hills. The dining area, with a table for six and a cabinet of fine tableware, is ideal for convivial moments with a sea view. The adjoining kitchen has everything you need to feel at home: a large fridge with ice and chilled-water dispenser, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Thermomix (Bimby), juicer, toaster, coffee machine, kettle and cookware.

04Bedrooms

Four bedrooms, cool and quiet on the lower floor

The four bedrooms – three doubles and one with two bunk beds – are on the lower floor of the villa, keeping them cool and quiet. All bedrooms have air conditioning and a heat pump; the double rooms have large wardrobes with drawers. Three bedrooms open directly onto the garden. The three bathrooms, finished with colourful majolica tiles, each have a shower, courtesy toiletries and a hairdryer.

How many guests can the villa accommodate?

Up to 10 guests.

Is there a minimum stay?

The minimum stay is 5 nights and varies by season; it is confirmed in our reply to your availability request.

Where are the bedrooms?

The four bedrooms (three doubles and one with two bunk beds) are on the lower floor (reached by internal stairs).

Check-in and check-out

Check-in 3:00–5:00 pm. Check-out by 11:00 am. Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged on request.

Accessibility

The villa is on two levels with internal stairs and may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

Linen and cleaning

Bed and bath linen included, changed every 6 nights. Extra cleaning on request (charged).

Distance to the sea and shuttle

“La Cinta” beach is a short walk away. An electric shuttle, included in your stay (April–October), runs to La Cinta, Lu Impostu, the golf course and Puntaldia’s piazzetta.

Airport transfers

Private transfer to/from Olbia airport (OLB) on request, for a fee.

Parking

Free parking near the villa.

Pets

Not allowed.

Is smoking allowed?

Yes, on the terraces only. Smoking is not allowed indoors.

Is the villa suitable for families?

Yes. A cot and high chair are available on request.
